Working closely with private businesses, Victoria helps clients achieve their vision through a combination of tax expertise and trusted adviser relationships. She advises on matters ranging from growth planning and structuring through to succession planning, next‑generation transition and exit, with experience also covering acquisitions, evolving operating models, reward structures and strategic planning for both the business and the owners.
Taking time to understand each client’s challenges and ambitions, Victoria draws on the firm’s wider specialist capabilities to ensure the right advice is delivered at the right time.
