Moore Kingston Smith, a leading multi-disciplinary advisory, tax and audit firm, is pleased to announce the appointment of Victoria Nicoll as a new tax partner, further strengthening the firm’s commitment to supporting private businesses and entrepreneurs at every stage of their growth.
Victoria joins the firm with extensive experience advising owner‑managed businesses and entrepreneurial clients across the full business life cycle. Her appointment enhances the firm’s ability to deliver commercially focused, joined‑up tax advice that supports long‑term client objectives.

Working closely with private businesses, Victoria helps clients achieve their vision through a combination of tax expertise and trusted adviser relationships. She advises on matters ranging from growth planning and structuring through to succession planning, next‑generation transition and exit, with experience also covering acquisitions, evolving operating models, reward structures and strategic planning for both the business and the owners.
Taking time to understand each client’s challenges and ambitions, Victoria draws on the firm’s wider specialist capabilities to ensure the right advice is delivered at the right time. She has a particular passion for working with owner‑managed businesses, which she sees as the backbone of industry and society, and for supporting the creativity and drive of entrepreneurs.
