Oliver & Co announces acquisition of Taylor Brown Solicitors
Chester-based Oliver & Co Solicitors is delighted to announce the acquisition of Taylor Brown Solicitors, with the transaction having completed on 27 February 2026. From 2 March 2026, the Taylor Brown team began operating from Oliver & Co’s offices as part of a full integration into the firm.
This exciting development strengthens Oliver & Co’s commercial offering and enhances the breadth of expertise available to clients.
The acquisition sees eight staff members, including three solicitors, join the growing Oliver & Co team. Clients of both firms will benefit from increased specialist expertise, expanded commercial services, and the enhanced resources of a larger, award-winning practice.
