Dains appoints regional finance director for the Midlands
Dains has announced the appointment of Natalie Brown as regional finance director for the Midlands, providing robust financial oversight, performance management and enabling data-led decision making at a regional level.
Working closely with regional managing partner Mark Tuckwell, Brown will support partners across the Midlands in driving financial performance, overseeing budgets and strengthening reporting processes.
She will lead the regional finance team and play a key role in integrating newly acquired firms into the structure, ensuring consistent reporting and alignment within the Group.
The appointment reflects Dains’ continued expansion and integration of its regional operations following a series of acquisitions, as the firm scales sustainably across the UK and Ireland.

Brown joined the Dains Group through the acquisition of Isosceles Finance in September 2022. For Isosceles Finance, she worked for more than 10 years as part of its outsourced finance team supporting SME’s.
Brown also progressed to achieve her ACCA qualification in 2016, joining the leadership team in 2022 and being promoted to account director in 2023.
She recently transitioned into the Dains Group’s finance function as the Regional Finance Director for the Midlands, working closely with the CFO and Regional Managing Partner to support the financial reporting.
Remy Lammertsma, chief financial officer at Dains said: “Natalie brings a strong combination of technical expertise and commercial understanding to the role. She has a proven track record of supporting growing SMEs and leadership teams with clear, practical financial insight.
“As we continue to support our teams in the Midlands, her leadership will be instrumental in ensuring we maintain strong financial governance while enabling confident, data-led decisions at every level.”
Natalie Brown said: “I’m delighted to step into this role at such an exciting time for the Midlands region. Having grown within the business, I’ve seen first hand the impact that strong financial visibility and collaboration can have on performance.
“I’m looking forward to working closely with our partners and finance team to support continued growth, successful integration of new acquisitions, and sustainable long-term success across the region.”
