Together hires corporate sales director for Teesside and North Yorkshire
Specialist lender Together has announced the appointment of Kristi Capaldi as corporate sales director, covering Teesside and North Yorkshire.
Kristi brings a wealth of diverse experience to the role, underpinned by a strong academic foundation with a Law degree (LLB) and an integrated Master’s.
She joins Together, which has its headquarters in Cheadle, Greater Manchester and has a loan She joins Together, which is headquartered in Cheadle, Greater Manchester and has a loan book of £8.1bn, further strengthening the lender’s regional expertise and leadership. In her new role, she will be part of a business that continues to invest in its people and regional presence as it expands its support for customers and intermediaries across the UK.
Prior to joining Together, she spent time at Metro Bank, where she held the position of local director for the North East. In that role, she was responsible for driving growth and retention across the bank’s business and commercial customer base in the region, as well as leading the launch of Metro Bank’s first North East‑based store in Gateshead. This experience has given her a strong understanding of regional markets and the needs of local businesses.
She initially began her career in Dubai, where she was part of the pre-opening team for the Conrad Hilton, gaining valuable international business exposure early on.
Following her return to the UK, Kristi moved into the legal sector, specialising in immigration and human rights law. She later played a key role in helping to develop a law firm, gaining experience across a wide range of sectors and building a strong understanding of client needs and business growth.
Her career then expanded into fintech, with involvement in initiatives launched in Chicago, alongside exposure to hospitality, leisure, tech, engineering and health sectors.
Kristi’s varied background has been instrumental in shaping her people-first approach to business.

In her new position, Kristi will focus on building strong relationships with brokers and corporate clients, delivering tailored lending solutions and supporting regional growth.
Together continues to strengthen its regional presence with strategic hires, reinforcing its commitment to providing flexible, common-sense lending to help customers realise their property ambitions.
