Local Bournemouth accountancy practice joins Xeinadin
Xeinadin, a leading provider of accountancy services and business advice for small and medium-sized enterprises and individuals across the UK and Ireland, has welcomed Bournemouth-based practice Alan W Simons & Co into the practice, strengthening its presence and commitment to providing exemplary services for SMEs on the South Coast.
Founded by Alan Simons in 1992, the company has grown from a home office into a well-established practice supporting businesses, families and individuals across Bournemouth and the surrounding area. Many of its earliest clients remain today, reflecting a long-standing focus on continuity and personal service.
Alan brings more than four decades of experience in accountancy, including senior roles within larger organisations before establishing his own practice. Over that time, he has worked closely with clients through multiple economic cycles, building relationships that extend beyond the business itself.
Andrew Gaete, managing partner for Xeinadin South East, said: “Alan and his team in Bournemouth have been supporting local businesses in their daily operations for the past thirty years. You couldn’t find a more suitable team to continue that mission for Xeinadin if you tried. Alan’s combination of practical knowledge and technical strength is a valuable addition to Xeinadin, both locally in Bournemouth and across the wider practice.”
The six-person team provides a full range of services, including audit, tax, VAT and advisory, working closely with owner-managed businesses and family-run enterprises. The practice is particularly known for its work in estate and succession planning and capital gains tax, supporting both the business and individuals behind it across multiple generations.
Alan Simons, director at Xeinadin, said: “Looking after our clients and our team was the most important factor in deciding to join Xeinadin. We’ve always taken a long-term view, working closely with businesses and the families behind them. Being part of a wider organisation allows us to continue that approach, while having the support and expertise available when we need it.”
The Bournemouth office will continue to operate with the same accessible, client-focused approach it has built over three decades, now supported by Xeinadin’s wider infrastructure and specialist teams.
