S&W continues investment in business tax team with partner appointment
S&W, the fast‑growing professional services group, is pleased to announce the appointment of Imran Khan as a partner in its business tax practice.
Imran brings extensive experience advising businesses across the UK and internationally on transfer pricing and international tax matters. Over his career, he has supported organisations across a wide range of industries, including software and technology, pharmaceuticals, retail, FMCG, manufacturing and distribution.
In recent years, Imran has developed particular expertise in advising mid‑market businesses, including privately owned and private equity‑backed companies, helping them design and implement scalable and sustainable transfer pricing policies to support international growth. He is known for his commercially focused, pragmatic approach, working closely with clients to align tax strategy with their broader business objectives.
Imran’s appointment reflects S&W’s continued investment in its business tax practice, further enhancing its ability to support clients navigating increasingly complex international tax environments as they expand across borders.
