Watts Commercial Finance partners with Hard Hats to Heels
Watts Commercial Finance is proud to announce its partnership with Hard Hats to Heels as a Regional and Flagship Sponsor, supporting Hayley and Paul Andrews and the team behind one of the fastest-growing communities for women in property and construction. Hard Hats to Heels now hosts 26 events nationwide every month, bringing together more than 1,000 women across the UK, with a shared focus on increasing visibility, confidence and opportunities for women across the industry.
As part of the sponsorship, Watts Commercial Finance will support 17 Hard Hats to Heels events, including the organisation’s flagship Hard Hats to Heels Retreat, taking place on 2 and 3 October 2026 at The Celtic Manor Resort. The two-day Retreat is expected to bring together more than 100 women from across the property and construction sectors.
Built around the message ‘Visibility in Action. Impact by Design.’, the Retreat reflects the shared belief that when women are seen, supported and given the confidence and platform to step forward, opportunities follow.
The wider partnership between Watts Commercial Finance and Hard Hats to Heels has developed through a strong relationship built over time. The initial introduction between Rebecca Blaymires, commercial manager at Watts Commercial Finance, and Hayley Andrews was made by Mark Jerman, senior commercial manager at Watts Commercial Finance, creating a connection that has since grown into a much broader collaboration between the two organisations.
Rebecca now works closely with Hayley and the Hard Hats to Heels team, championing their mission and supporting members of the network with the commercial finance needed to achieve their property and business growth ambitions.
Her commitment to supporting and championing others across the industry has also received wider recognition in 2026. Rebecca is currently nominated for both Rising Star of the Year and Women’s Advocate of the Year at the 2026 NACFB Awards, as well as Finance Broker of the Year at the National Property Awards 2026, recognition that reflects both her growing reputation within commercial finance and her commitment to creating opportunities for others.
Rebecca Blaymires, commercial manager at Watts Commercial Finance, said: ‘Working with Hayley and the Hard Hats to Heels team is something I’m incredibly passionate about. What they have created goes far beyond networking; they provide a genuine platform for women to be visible, build confidence, make meaningful connections and create opportunities.
I’m also hugely grateful to Mark for making that initial introduction. From that first connection, the relationship has continued to grow, and I’m incredibly proud that Watts Commercial is now supporting Hard Hats to Heels on a much wider scale. Sponsoring 17 events, including the October Retreat, gives us the opportunity to actively support the work they are doing and be part of creating a lasting impact across the industry.’

The October Retreat at The Celtic Manor Resort will bring together more than 100 women from across the industry for two days centred around development, connection, confidence and visibility, creating an environment in which attendees can step away from the day-to-day and invest in both themselves and their professional networks.
For Watts Commercial Finance, the 17-event partnership represents more than sponsorship; it reflects the company’s commitment as Regional and Flagship Sponsor to building meaningful industry relationships and supporting initiatives that create greater visibility, stronger connections and more opportunities for women across the industry.
