Hope Capital Property Finance announces strategic partnership with Futurity Finance
Hope Capital Property Finance has announced a strategic partnership with Scotland based brokerage, Futurity Finance, after more than £13m in completions across the UK over the last 12 months and a 100% record of redemptions across every deal completed together.
The relationship began when national account manager David Weir met Stephen Gallagher, director at Futurity Finance, to discuss a complex deal in London. The two quickly recognised a shared specialist knowledge of the UK property market as well as a commitment to achieving the best possible outcome for borrowers, the foundation of the relationship since 2025.
That close working relationship extends into the underwriting of every deal. Senior underwriter Andrew Bate oversees the majority of these cases, with Stephen Gallagher having direct access to the underwriter throughout the process. This direct relationship with the underwriter means decisions can be made quickly, giving Futurity Finance the agility to keep even complex transactions moving.
Futurity Finance’s embedded surveying capability provides an additional layer of due diligence on every case, independently testing the viability of the proposed exit and identifying multiple viable exit routes before any deal is presented to Hope Capital Property Finance.
