Xeinadin bolsters Lancashire tax division with new leadership appointments
Xeinadin, a top 20 accountancy and business advisory firm in the UK and Ireland, has announced two senior appointments to its Lancaster-based tax team. Victoria Dadswell joins as tax partner and Clare Fisher as senior tax manager.
“SMEs face a myriad of hurdles and complexities when it comes to tax planning, from evolving inheritance tax rules to succession pressures.” says James Cornthwaite, area managing partner for Lancaster at Xeinadin. “Our clients require in-depth, practical advice to help them navigate these issues. I’m thrilled to welcome Victoria and Clare to our tax team. They bring deep technical knowledge and regional insight that will strengthen our local support for SME clients across Lancashire and beyond.”
Victoria brings over twenty years of tax advisory expertise, having qualified as a chartered tax adviser in 2006. Her career began in Lancaster, and she joined Xeinadin in April 2025, following senior roles at Moore and Smalley/MHA.

Victoria specialises in advising owner-managed businesses and private clients, and prides herself on understanding each client’s personal and commercial goals to ensure their tax affairs are structured as effectively as possible. Her expertise spans inheritance tax planning, business restructuring, employee share schemes, succession planning, Stamp Duty Land Tax (SDLT), and business acquisitions and disposals.
“Joining Xeinadin reflects a continued commitment to supporting SMEs with specialist tax planning,” says Victoria. “I’ve worked arm in arm with SMEs across South Cumbria and Lancashire for many years and I’m looking forward to helping local businesses manage change, adapt and grow through informed and proactive advice.”
Clare brings more than twenty years’ experience in the accountancy profession, specialising in dedicated tax advisory services for the past decade. Her career began with a strong foundation in both personal and corporate compliance, which she gained at two local firms before joining Xeinadin Lancaster earlier this year.
In her role, Clare is responsible for a range of tax planning services for both individuals and businesses. Her core areas of expertise include business restructuring, succession planning, business acquisitions and disposals, inheritance tax planning, and capital tax planning. Clare prides herself on working closely with family-run businesses, offering tailored guidance throughout their lifecycle to meet each client’s unique goals.
“Xeinadin’s approach to solving complex challenges for local businesses and its commitment to delivering high quality client success is what drew me to the firm,” says Clare. “Since joining, I’ve particularly enjoyed the breadth of work, from inheritance tax and succession planning to acquisitions, and the opportunity to build lasting relationships with clients across Lancashire.”
