Assetz Capital appoints Callum Ferguson as relationship director for London and the South West

Assetz Capital, a leading funder in SME property finance, is delighted to announce that Callum Ferguson has joined the expanding business to lead growth in the key London and South West markets.

Callum joins Assetz Capital with over 15 years’ real estate experience. Since 2015 Callum has focused on development finance, holding senior origination roles at both private equity and debt funds, most recently serving as head of business development at Clearwell Capital.

He has vast experience across the development finance capital stack having delivered joint ventures, mezzanine loans as well as senior development facilities for residential, commercial, and mixed-use developments across the UK.
