Blick Rothenberg promotes four new partners
Leading audit, tax and business advisory firm, Blick Rothenberg, has promoted four new partners and 65 people across the firm.
Nimesh Shah, CEO of the firm, said: “I am delighted to announce four key promotions to Partner. Louisa, Simon, Mark and Tom will bring fantastic energy and dynamism to our partner group and I am looking forward to working with them closely as we progress our mission to be recognised as the #1 accountancy and tax advisory firm in London for ambitious international businesses, the UK mid-market and private clients.”
He added: “Louisa, Simon, Mark and Tom come from across the business, demonstrating the breadth and depth of our senior group. I know that they will contribute hugely to our already 80+ plus strong partner group.”
Nimesh said: “I am also pleased to announce 65 well-deserved promotions in Blick Rothenberg, reinforcing our commitment to support the development and progression of our people. With the 23 promotions in January, I am proud to see 88 of our colleagues reach new heights in their careers at Blick Rothenberg.”
Louisa Constanti, people director at the firm, has been promoted to partner in Practice Management. She joined the firm in 2022, having previously worked at BDO.
Louisa said: “I am delighted to be appointed as people director and partner within Blick Rothenberg. I look forward to working on our culture, talent strategy and driving organisational growth.”

Mark said: “As finance director and now partner at Blick Rothenberg, my role is to ensure our financial strategy aligns with the firm’s long-term growth goals. In today’s climate of economic uncertainty and rising client expectations, maintaining resilience while investing in innovation and technology is more important than ever.”
Tom Dickinson has been promoted to partner in Audit, Accounting & Outsourcing. He joined Blick Rothenberg in December 2017 following the firm’s acquisition of Shelley Stock Hutter where he trained and qualified as a Chartered Accountant.
Tom said: “I work predominantly with mid-market international businesses, across a range of industry sectors, with a particular focus in Technology, Fashion & Retail, and Manufacturing & Distribution. I am looking forward to the challenges of supporting my clients through the upcoming revisions to UK Generally Accepted Accounting Practice (UK GAAP) as part of the Periodic Review 2024 amendments.”
