Masthaven expands BDM team with two strategic hires
Specialist finance lender, Masthaven Finance appoints Tony Grillo and Gary Melville to its business development team.
Specialist business development manager and Gary Melville as internal business development manager, to enhance its support for intermediaries.
Tony joins from Together, where he held a senior BDM position. With more than two decades’ experience in relationship management and specialist lending, Tony will focus on broadening Masthaven’s presence in the market, developing new broker relationships and enhancing its existing partnerships.
Gary Melville joins from West One Loans, bringing a solid track record in broker support and intermediary relationships. In his new role, he will help Masthaven support more brokers in accessing specialist finance solutions more efficiently, while delivering best-in-class service to them and their clients.
Tony and Gary will work alongside current senior BDM Ginny Warby, further enhancing Masthaven’s regional support for its intermediary partners.
