Together hires corporate sales director for London and the South
Property lender Together has announced the appointment of banking and corporate real estate expert Arun Jeyerajah as the finance firm expands its regional presence.
Arun, who has more than two decades’ experience in financial services, has been appointed the business’s corporate sales director for London and the South.
At Together, he will be responsible for promoting the specialist lender’s award-winning products, including bridging loans, commercial mortgages and development finance, to professional sector introducers and direct customers across a wide geographical area.
Arun will be part of the lender’s Corporate team, which provides finance to individuals and businesses seeking larger loans from £1m to more than £20m.
He said: “Together is a fantastic business with an appetite to lend on the more complex high-value corporate deals and has a nimble structure, which allows much more access to decision-makers than I’ve had working for more institutional lenders.
“The business has the ability to move quickly, think flexibly and structure finance around the individual needs of our clients, allowing our clients to seize opportunities in the commercial real estate market in London and the South.
“It’s a dynamic market and full of opportunity for experienced property professionals, and having the right funding partner for larger deals can make all the difference to them realising their property ambitions.”
Arun began his career in financial services in 2004 as trainee independent financial adviser on the Barclay’s graduate scheme before being promoted the corporate banking team as a risk director.

He later moved to Santander, helping to grow its corporate bank offering, before joining HSBC as mid-market relationship director, later taking on a portfolio of FTSE-listed companies as a director for large corporate business at the bank.
Taking a break from finance, he spent a year as a London-based Global Client Director at US tech company Cisco, moving to a new role back in the banking sector with Swedish headquartered Handelsbanken in 2021.
Before taking up his current position at Together, which has a loan book of £8.4bn, he was area director for real estate in London and the East for Lloyds.
In his new role, he will report to Mark Eastwood, the group’s director of corporate sales.
Mark said: “Arun has a wealth of experience and has proved his skills in building an impressive network of clients and introducers across the South of England and he will be a major asset for the team at Together.
“We’ve identified London and the South as one of our key areas as we continue to expand the Together brand across the UK, providing even more customers with the speed, flexibility and certainty they need to complete the larger and more complex property transactions.”
