Ultimate Finance enhances Structured Finance offer with new commercial property loan
Leading asset-based lender Ultimate Finance has expanded its Structured Finance proposition with the introduction of a new commercial property loan, designed to meet growing demand for multi-asset funding solutions.
The new facility offers businesses access to up to £3m on a first charge against commercial property, with flexible repayment options including a 5-year term on a 15-year amortisation profile and interest-only repayments for the first 12 months.
This latest addition is available exclusively as part of Ultimate Finance’s Structured Finance offering, which includes invoice finance facilities up to £10m, asset finance up to £2m, and cashflow loans up to £500k. By combining these funding solutions, the lender is well-positioned to support introducers in delivering bespoke, scalable funding packages tailored to their clients’ complex needs.
