Unity Trust Bank strengthens its commercial team in the South West
Unity Trust Bank has announced the appointment of Nicola Parker to the role of relationship manager in the South West of England.
Nicola has more than 20 years’ experience in financial services. She joins Unity from SWIG Finance, a Community Development Financial Institution (CDFI), where she supported SMEs with their growth funding requirements.
She has previously worked at The Co-operative Bank, Triodos and independent commercial finance broker, Blaise Commercial Finance.

Based in Bristol, Nicola will help develop the bank’s growing customer base and provide one-to-one support for a range of businesses and organisations that deliver positive social impact in the South West region.
Commenting on her appointment, Nicola said: “I’m excited to join a social impact bank like Unity because I too believe people and purpose are just as important as financial returns.
“I’m looking forward to working with organisations that are committed to making a real difference in local communities, and supporting my portfolio of customers with their banking requirements and growth strategies.”
Andrew Kemp, relationship director (South) at Unity Trust Bank, said: “We are delighted to welcome Nicola to Unity. Her experience will help strengthen our commercial team and her knowledge and personal approach will ensure our customers are supported by a Relationship Manager who understands their needs.”
