Attracting someone of Gemma’s calibre is testament to our sales strategy and ambition in the West Midlands and further afield.”
Speaking about her new role, Gemma Heath said: “With the West Midlands Futures Fund seeking to supercharge projects across Birmingham, Coventry, Solihull and Wolverhampton, there’s an incredible opportunity for the region’s SMEs to grow and thrive. Many of these businesses need greater access to working capital and cashflow support to enable them to seize opportunities, so I’m looking forward to leveraging existing and developing new intermediary partnerships to make this happen.
“With our strong family heritage, financing legacy stretching back almost five decades, and a reputation for supporting businesses through the economic cycle, BFS is well-placed to help SMEs overcome challenges and take advantage of opportunities today.”
