2021 Business awards announced at FCI 53rd Annual Meeting 2021
FCI announced the winners for the 2021 Business Awards at this year’s 53rd Virtual Annual Meeting today. The announcement followed the election of FCI’s new Chairwoman and Executive Committee. Below are the categories of each award along with the winner and runner-ups.
Best Performance as Import Factor 2021

This year saw a decrease in scoring for the Average Import Factoring Service from 93.63% back in 2019 to 90.54% in 2021.
Best Performance as Export factor 2021
- Garanti Factoring, Turkey – 100%
- Yapi Kredi Faktoring A.S., Turkey
- Piraeus Factoring S.A., Greece

As expected, the Covid affect hit many companies and while everyone was trying to survive the turbulence and adapt to these new challenges, many companies still managed to get through with great results all around. Until next year, companies can keep moving forward and show how truly resilient the factoring industry is. After all, Factoring has been through many challenges including wars, plagues, geopolitical issues and now this pandemic, but the industry is extremely resilient and we get through this as well.
