In order to do their jobs properly, your employees need to understand what the rules are. By organizing online compliance training, you’ll be able to make things as clear as possible for them, and they’ll be less likely to make mistakes. That means that you won’t have to worry about the rules being broken, and your employees will understand exactly what is expected of them. 2. Motivate your employees
If an employee needs some flexibility for any reason that’s important, find a way to compromise. Perhaps they can take some time off, or they’d prefer to work from home for a while. As for frustrations on your end – it might take a few days to completely adapt, but your employees should be able to get used to the changes in about a week’s time.
