ABL Business grows south west operation with key director hire

Commercial finance consultancy, ABL Business, has grown its south west operation with the appointment of Louise Hamilton as regional director.

The hire follows the firm’s announcement in April of a major recruitment drive as joint managing directors Alex Beardsley and Andy Redman chase ambitious growth plans to open a further 12 locations in the next three years and hit £6m turnover by 2025.

Ms Hamilton has over 20 years’ experience combining cross-functional competencies in management, planning, customer retention and financial management, and as a former director and co-owner of an independent credit insurance broking firm.

ABL joint MD, Andy Redman, said: “We are delighted to welcome Louise to the ABL team as we continue our UK-wide growth.

“With the current economic uncertainty, more and more small businesses are searching for commercial finance to support cash flow, but many are choosing short-term solutions that could cause real problems for them in the long run.
