ABN AMRO Commercial Finance appoints new UK head of sales
Andrew Johnston has joined ABN AMRO Commercial Finance (ACF) as UK head of sales SME.
He will lead a team of business development managers located across England and Wales focused on supporting SMEs with funding requirements up to £10m. He will work closely with Pierre Vinci, head of corporate & international origination, whose team focuses on supporting larger organisations across the UK and Europe. Andrew will report to Debbie Bell, commercial director UK.
With over 26 years’ experience in financial services, Andrew joins ACF from the Royal Bank of Scotland (RBS), where he led a team of executive leadership coaches in commercial and private banking. Prior to that he worked as director of client relations in RBS Invoice Finance, and business development director in the commercial bank, responsible for attracting ‘new to bank’ customers.

Following a great start to the year, with ‘funds in use’ up by almost 15% compared with this time last year, Andrew will play an important role in ACF UK’s continued aim for growth.
