Adrian Payne re-joins Bibby Financial Services as head of sales for Solent
Bibby Financial Services (BFS) has appointed Adrian Payne as head of sales to drive its growth plans in the South of England.
Adrian returns to BFS after four years, having started his career with the specialist funder’s West Midlands team in 2013 as a business development executive.
An accomplished sales professional, Adrian re-joins BFS from Market Invoice, where he led initiatives promoting smart, innovative business solutions for SMEs in his role as Head of Sales. Specialising in invoice finance, he has also been part of strong performing sales teams at Ultimate Finance and Aldermore.
Adrian will lead a specialist team from the company’s office in Slough, Berkshire. He will be tasked with developing BFS’s already strong market share in the Solent area, enveloping key port cities Southampton and Portsmouth, helping to serve as the UK’s southern gateway to its European and Global markets.
Speaking of his appointment, Adrian said: “I have always wanted to return to BFS as it is the market leading provider of bespoke financial services. I was delighted when the opportunity arose to join the business’s leadership team in the South, in which I’ll be responsible for a high performing sales team with significant growth targets.
