Aldermore appoints new relationship manager for the north west
Aldermore has today announced the appointment of a new relationship manager for the North West. Carly Phillips, who has worked in financial services since 2001, has eight years of underwriting experience, and has been with Aldermore since 2013 as part of the residential mortgage business development team.
Charles Haresnape, Aldermore’s group managing director, mortgages, said:
“While London tends to get most of the headlines, demand for housing is rising all over the UK, and housing affordability in the north west today is comparable to London 20 years ago.
“Carly’s previous experience as an underwriter will be a great asset when giving expert advice and insight to brokers in the north of England. She already has relationship management experience as a telephone business development manager and it is a natural progression for her to be working face-to-face with brokers.”
Carly said:
“Aldermore’s mortgage proposition stands out in an overcrowded market, and I look forward to being out in the field a great deal more in this new role, meeting brokers and intermediaries face to face.
“Having been at Aldermore for three years I’ve seen first-hand how impressive and motivated the team are and I’m delighted to be part of building up Aldermore’s presence across the north west.”
