Alexander James Cox Ltd has secured a £1.2m property development loan from Aldermore
Based in Somerset, Alexander James Cox Ltd is a project management and development company with a vast amount of experience and expertise. Over the last 15 years the company has completed over 29 units in its own right across Somerset and the Bristol area.
The developer has an impressive list of accolades, including the completion of a project in the centre of Bristol called ‘Farrs Lane’, as well as being nominated for ‘Best Refurbishment Project’ at the What House Awards 2017.
Aldermore’s funding will provide support in the construction of three detached four-bedroom houses in the village of Almondsbury on the outskirts of Bristol. The properties have scenic views across the vast countryside and the picturesque Severn estuary, and their unique features have been cleverly designed to maximise the spectacular outlook.
Greg Pescott, property development manager at Aldermore, said: “We have really enjoyed working with Alexander James Cox and allowing them to achieve their vision. We are proud that Graham and his team chose us and are delighted to have played a part in helping the business evolve. Their dynamic attitude and passion for their project was evident from the outset, and we are very much looking forward to this being a long and fruitful partnership.”
Graham Cox, managing director at Alexander James Cox Ltd, said: “When searching for a financial partner, we knew that we needed something more than what traditional lenders could offer. It was really important for us to find a bank with a flexible and proactive approach to their work, and we quickly found that Aldermore was a perfect match.
“We were really impressed with the bank’s knowledge of the property industry and the effort they made to go above and beyond the brief to really understand our business proposition was extremely refreshing.”
