Alternative Bridging Corporation has completed a development loan for a long-standing client within two weeks.
Alan Perry, a well-known and respected property developer in Essex was due to purchase a property for redevelopment in Ongar, Essex. He had made arrangements for the required balance of purchase funds but two weeks before he was due to complete a change of plan required a new lender.
