Alternative Bridging Corporation expands servicing team
Alternative Bridging Corporation has bolstered its service function with the appointment of a new underwriter and a case manager.
Robert Seymour has been appointed as an underwriter and joins Alternative from the Loans Partnership where he spent two years as a senior bridging, commercial and development specialist.
He has 17 years’ experience in the specialist lending area and during his career he has also worked at Enterprise Finance, where he was head of second charge mortgage advice, and the Loans Engine.
Robert will be part for the team providing bespoke decisions across the lender’s short-term finance proposition. He will report to Stephen Meller, director at Alternative Bridging Corporation.

Meanwhile, Divya Patel has joined Alternative as case manager. She was most recently quality assurance/ compliance assistant at the Loans Engine. Prior to that, she spent six years at Nationwide Building Society in a variety of roles.
Divya will report to Jonathan Rubins, director at Alternative Bridging Corporation.
