Alternative Bridging Corporation partner with Nivo to transform their application processing
Alternative Bridging Corporation (ABC) has partnered with Fintech specialists Nivo to offer a quick, intuitive app based solution to make their application process quicker and easier for customers and administration staff and to accelerate deal completion times.
Alternative Bridging is an established principal bridging finance lender offering short term secured funding of up to £10m for individuals, property developers and businesses. Using the new Nivo app, borrowers can complete biometric ID verification from their own home using the latest facial recognition technology via their mobile devices. In addition, the document upload functionality and secure instant messaging enables customers to share confidential documents quickly, easily and securely, helping to make Alternative Bridging’s underwriting process even faster.
Since implementing the new app, one Alternative Bridging customer was able to verify their identity and upload supporting documentation within 7 minutes of receiving the invitation to download the mobile app to their device.
Alternative Bridging chose to implement Nivo’s five-star rated app rather than investing in an internally developed solution. Nivo’s intuitive system can usually be implemented with lenders and brokers within a few days with customers and staff able to benefit from more streamlined processes almost immediately.
