Anglotech duplicates success with the help of ThinCats funding
Anglotech, one of the UK’s largest independent suppliers of copiers, printers and multi-function printer (MFP) technology, has acquired RVS group in a deal worth in excess of £3m supported by SME lender, ThinCats.
Based in central Nottingham, RVS are the largest independent photocopy supplier in the East Midlands. The deal is Anglotech’s fourth acquisition in eight months and the second supported by ThinCats.
In March this year, ThinCats helped fund the management buy-in of the Darlington-based Technocopy.
Based in Northampton, the Group is led by former professional footballer, Brad Piercewright, who is founder of the group. Anglotech’s board includes former England rugby union captain and Northampton Saints hooker Dylan Hartley.
The company currently now works with over 1,600 clients managing over 3,000 vital devices. The acquisition will bring job opportunities within the group of companies.
