Aspen and Blackhill announce exclusive partnership
Aspen Bridging has announced an exclusive partnership agreement with Blackhill Private Finance, whereby the established loan facilitator will be sole introducer for Nigerian and West African investors requiring short-term finance in the UK property market.
Aspen, which provides loans of up to £10m on property across England and Wales, has forged itself a global reputation for foreign nationals looking to invest in the UK and will assist growing demand from these key African regions.
Aspen is an 100% subsidiary of S&U PLC a FTSE listed speciality lender with over £300m in listed equity plus commensurate & secured additional funding lines.
Confidence in UK property has been bolstered worldwide by the resilience and growth demonstrated over the last 18 months in residential prices.

Its new ratecard has seen the lender double its maximum loan size to £10m, with Foreign National Rates at 0.49% stepped and 0.79% for Residential with LTVs are available up to 75% with loan terms running from 10-18 months.
