Assurant launches Business Concierge support package with The Co-operative Bank
Assurant, a leading global provider of lifestyle and housing solutions that support, protect and connect major consumer purchases, has launched Business Concierge with The Co-operative Bank, a new service to help small and medium businesses manage their back-office operations.
Created in partnership between Assurant and The Co-operative Bank, the new offering includes legal assistance and technical support for a wide range of connected devices including mobiles and laptops. Taking these back-office pressures away, Business Concierge enables entrepreneurs to focus on their customers and the day-to-day running of their business, knowing support is on hand if needed.
The legal and technical support services are bundled together in a simple monthly subscription of £8.00 + VAT per user. Among its features, Business Concierge includes a legal advice helpline, access to discounted solicitor fees, HR and employment support, an online portal with key document templates as well as unlimited access to a Tech Assist helpline, providing support for a wide range of connected devices.
