Bibby Financial Services announces key hires to drive customer strategy
Ajay Patel and Mehul Parikh join global funder
SME funder, Bibby Financial Services (BFS) has appointed Ajay Patel and Mehul Parikh as it continues to drive forward its global customer strategy.
Ajay joins BFS as director of customer strategy from Siemens Financial Services where he has held a number of senior roles in strategy and transformation with his most recent role being global head of Customer Innovation Group.
He has lived and worked in the UK, Germany and Indonesia and brings with him over 15 years’ experience leading and delivering customer centric B2B financial services projects across various geographies.
Mehul joins as head of revenue processes & CRM from Danz where he was head of CRM and project platforms.
Having held roles with Thomson Reuters, Oumkaar Data Services Ltd and Xpedition, Mehul brings over 15 years’ experience working with CRM technology, delivering technical solutions for revenue and business process optimisation.
