Birkett Long expands Commercial and Corporate Finance team
Birkett Long is pleased to announce the continued growth of its Commercial and Corporate Finance Team, now under the leadership of Tim Field, head of Commercial. The team has sharpened its focus on supporting businesses of all sizes, from sole traders and entrepreneurs to multinational corporations, by providing strategic, tailored legal advice designed to meet each client’s specific needs.
The firm is also pleased to welcome two new solicitors, Dominic Lees and Sian Walker, whose expertise further strengthens Birkett Long’s ability to guide businesses through complex areas such as corporate governance, mergers and acquisitions, private equity investments, and commercial transactions.
Dominic Lees specialises in mergers and acquisitions, corporate governance, company reorganisations, joint ventures, and private equity investments. His expertise ensures that businesses receive seamless support when navigating corporate transactions, whether expanding, restructuring, or securing investment.
Sian Walker focuses on corporate restructuring, shareholder agreements, business sales and acquisitions, and changes to share classes. She also advises on commercial contracts and partnerships, offering clients the strategic legal support needed to address complex business matters.
