Blick Rothenberg partner, Ele Theochari appointed vice president of The Association of Taxation Technicians
Ele Theochari, a partner at leading audit, tax and business advisory firm, Blick Rothenberg has been appointed as the vice president of The Association of Taxation Technicians (ATT.)

Ele said: “The ATT is a charity and the leading professional body for those providing UK tax compliance services. My role as vice president will be to support the deputy, Barry Jefferd, and the ATT president, Graham Batty. Our overarching goal is to promote the objectives of the ATT, be ‘on the ground’ with our members, encourage new entrants into the profession, and work closely with HMRC.”
She added: “The key things I want to achieve as vice president are to raise the profile of the ATT, and work together with HMRC and other qualifying bodies for the development of taxation as a career and the improvement of the taxation system overall. I aim to influence the development of technical tax training, as the ATT seeks to develop its examination, Continuing Professional Development (CPD) and apprenticeship programmes. And finally, I will support individual staff and their career development.”
