BREAL Zeta surpasses £300m client funds out with two landmark transactions completed in June
BREAL Zeta has achieved an important new lending milestone, having reached a loan book value of £300m. Total committed facilities now total £473m.
The business has reported substantial growth in the first half of 2022, completing over £190m of new facilities. A strong pipeline of new transactions promises further growth throughout the remainder of 2022.
Recently, BREAL Zeta has completed two substantial transactions, one for a market-leading beverage manufacturer (£54m) and another for a UK wide Real Estate portfolio (£45m).
