Cashplus Bank strengthens board with two senior appointments
Cashplus Bank, the leading digital challenger bank, today announced the appointment of two new independent non-executive directors (INED). Julia Warrack, Interim CIO of Suse, and Barbara Gottardi, CEO of Finbridge Global.
Both bring with them a wealth of relevant banking and technology expertise to Cashplus and enhances the diversity of its Board as the firm continues to grow in size and scope.
Prior to her current role, Barbara Gottardi worked in chief information officer and other senior executive roles at leading financial institutions including Vanguard and HSBC, for the past two decades. In 2022, Barbara founded Finbridge Global, a digital transformation consultancy that helps companies adapt to and implement the digital agenda.
Julia Warrack is an expert in the banking sector having worked at c-suite level at Vanquis Bank and as an MD at JP Morgan Chase., She brings extensive experience across the private and public sectors in both regulated and non-regulated industries to the role of INED. Upon taking up her role on the Board, Warrack will be appointed chair of the Remuneration Committee subject to regulatory approval.
