Cheshire dental practice, McTooth, sold to first-time buyers
Specialist business property adviser, Christie & Co, has announced the sale of McTooth – The Dental Surgery in Cheshire. Funding for the sale was sourced through Christie Finance.
McTooth – The Dental Surgery is a two-surgery, mixed income dental practice which trades from a two-storey link detached property. The business is located on a busy parade in a prominent residential location in Northwich, Cheshire.
The practice was previously owned by Dr Andrew McCrae and has been purchased by first-time buyers, Mr Mohammed Rafiq and Mr Shahid Alam, who are both qualified in implantology.
Mr Rafiq comments, “We both have vast clinical experience, but this is our very first experience of buying a practice. We have plans for expansion of the practice soon, including the addition of a third surgery on the first floor.”

McTooth – The Dental Surgery was sold at an undisclosed price.
