Christie Finance supports family business in refinance of Shrewsbury care home

Commercial finance specialist, Christie Finance, has recently worked with Margaret, Roger and James Ephraims to successfully refinance their established care home, Vicarage Nursing Home, in Bayston Hill, Shrewsbury.

Husband and wife team, Margaret and Roger have a wealth of experience in owning and operating nursing homes, having acquired their first in 1995. Their son, James, has been involved in the family business from a young age and was appointed as director in March 2020. Margaret and Roger enlisted Christie Finance to assist them in refinancing away from their incumbent lender that had decided to reduce their support for the care sector.
