Christie Finance supports refinance and relocation of dental practice
Commercial finance specialist, Christie Finance, has supported a pair of established dental operators with the arrangement of funding to allow them to relocate their Oxfordshire practice, Broadshires Dental Practice.
After owning Broadshires Dental Practice in Oxfordshire for nearly 20 years, its owners decided to refinance the business and to relocate it to a detached freehold property which is less than one mile away in Carterton, West Oxfordshire. They believe this new setting will provide an ideal opportunity for further business growth with larger space available and the potential to open for longer hours.
