Colosseum Dental UK acquires well-established practice in Hertfordshire through Christie & Co
Specialist business property adviser, Christie & Co, has announced the sale of a well-established dental practice in Chorleywood, Hertfordshire, to expanding dental group, Colosseum Dental UK.
The business is a three-surgery private dental practice also offering endodontics, implants, periodontics, oral surgery and orthodontics. It sits in a detached three-storey property which has been fitted out to a very high standard, with no capital expenditure required as the Principal invested heavily in the building throughout the years.
The previous owner, who acquired the business in 2002 and has since built it into an established primarily private practice, will remain on at the practice and looks forward to focussing on clinical work.
The business has been purchased by Colosseum Dental UK, a well-established dental group which owns over 70 practices across the UK. It is part of Europe’s most rapidly growing dental company, Colosseum Dental Group, and is considered a leader in the provision of dental services.
