Cosy Cottage Nursery School in Edinburgh sold through Christie & Co

Specialist business property adviser, Christie & Co, has announced the sale of Cosy Cottage Nursery School in Edinburgh.

Cosy Cottage Nursery School is a reputable children’s day nursery with effective operating capacity for up to 35 children aged 0 to 5-years-old. The nursery is located in the east of Edinburgh, just off Willowbrae Road and Portobello Road and right next to the Royal High Primary School.

The business was previously owned by qualified teacher, Mrs Amanda Edwards, who decided to sell to free up more time to spend with her family. It has been purchased by Ms Julie McMorrine, an existing Edinburgh-based nursery operator who is working on expanding her portfolio.
