Cynergy Bank supports Pantheon Hotels and Leisure Limited with £3.75m loan
Pantheon Hotels and Leisure Limited, an owner of two hotels based in London & Essex, received £3.7m of new funding through the British Business Bank’s Recovery Loan Scheme. This loan empowered the business to re-finance and consolidate its existing external loans and provided the business with the means to invest into the business through capital expenditure projects.
Pantheon Hotels and Leisure Limited are the owners of two hotels, The Barn Hotel, in Ruislip, and the Marygreen Manor Hotel, in Brentwood, Essex. The company has been operating in the hospitality sector for more than 40 years.
Cynergy Bank has provided a six-year loan with a repayment profile of 24 years as well as a 12-month interest only period.
