Demica hires senior credit analyst
Demica is delighted to announce the hiring of Stefano Cavalleri as senior credit analyst to build up a credit function and expand the company’s advisory and structuring capabilities.
He joins from Bank of America – Merrill Lynch, GE Capital and recently Commerzbank where he was a director in the loan management team and brings over 15 years of corporate credit analysis and debt structuring experience. He has executed transactions and managed corporate loan books across all the credit spectrum with particular focus on leverage finance and TMT, transportation, leisure & entertainment and the healthcare sectors.
Demica’s head of structuring, Francois Terrade, said, “Stefano’s experience will be a great asset to support our client advisory services as well as our fast-growing placement activities across both receivables & supply chain finance”.
