Dentex acquires latest dental practice in Hampshire through Christie & Co
Specialist business property adviser, Christie & Co, has assisted Dentex in its latest acquisition in Hampshire.
Expanding corporate group, Dentex, has purchased a fully private four-surgery practice which has been under the same ownership for over 10 years. It was brought to market by its Principal to allow him to focus on clinical work and start retirement planning.
Speaking on behalf of Dentex, Mr Oliver Snowden comments, “We are delighted to have completed the acquisition of another excellent practice through Christie & Co. The profile of the practice was a great fit for our group, and we look forward to seeing it grow further as part of our team.”
Tony Walker, business agent at Christie & Co, who handled the sale, comments, “This sale highlights the underlying strength of the sector. Agreed prior to lockdown in March last year, we were able to work with the buyer and seller to keep the sale process moving forward to a successful completion.”
The practice was purchased at an undisclosed price.
