Duff & Phelps creates new Compliance and Regulatory Consulting Practice
Duff & Phelps announced that it has completed the acquisition of Kinetic Partners, a global professional services firm. As a result of this transaction, Duff & Phelps created a dedicated Compliance and Regulatory Consulting Practice, based on Kinetic Partners’ recognized leadership in providing regulatory consulting and compliance counsel to the financial services industry.
Kinetic Partners’ Corporate Recovery, Forensic and Tax practices will be incorporated into existing Duff & Phelps service lines. Kinetic Partners’ Audit practice (trading as Kinetic Partners Audit LLP and Kinetic Partners Cayman LLP) will remain a separate organization and will not join Duff & Phelps.
