eCapital Commercial Finance (eCapital), have appointed Alessia Brown to the role of human resources manager. Alessia will be responsible for the development of the Group’s HR into a pro-active, employee focused function, which will be integral in driving the company further forward.
As one of the UK’s leading invoice financiers, the firm have announced the appointment on the back of a period of continued growth as demand from SMEs grows amidst the challenging business environment. eCapital has recently celebrated achieving a funding milestone with £160m of funding support delivered to SMEs to support their plans whilst seeing a 26% uplift in the amount of finance provided during the last 12 months alone demonstrating the continuation of their growth trajectory.
A qualified people professional, Alessia brings over 20 years’ worth of wealth experience, gained across multiple HR disciplines including a decade at SThree where she was a global STEM talent partner connecting dynamic organisations with communities of sought after specialisms in science, technology, engineering and mathematics. Further experience at Murray McIntosh & Associates presented Alessia with the opportunity as head of learning development to spearhead its talent development program to include enhanced training and performance coaching.
