eCapital Commercial Finance (eCapital), have appointed David Wright to the role of regional sales director. David will be responsible for working with businesses and their financial advisors across the London and Southeast region to ensure that they have access to vital funding solutions to give their businesses a head start in 2023.
As one of the UK’s leading invoice financiers, the firm have announced the appointment on the back of a period of continued growth as demand from SMEs grows amidst the challenging business environment. eCapital has recently celebrated achieving a funding milestone with £160m of funding support delivered to SMEs to support their plans whilst seeing a 26% uplift in the amount of finance provided during the last 12 months alone demonstrating the continuation of their growth trajectory.
David brings over three decades’ experience within financial services and has that unique blend having worked in both operational and sales roles. David has spent over half his career within the banking sector in operational roles where he developed the foundations of his client service ethos. Moving across to the sales environment was driven by his desire to share his experiences of the difference that invoice finance can make to a business and enjoys working with clients and advisors to bring this to life. His experience in sales spans many of the industry stalwarts – Aldermore, Skipton and Bibby – where he has gained a well-deserved reputation for consistently high performances. He joins eCapital from Pulse Cashflow Finance where he has spent the last 5 years.
