eCapital UK appoints Camilla Woodrow as head of HR as it invests in people to support growth
eCapital UK,one of the UK’s leading independent providers of invoice finance and asset-based lending solutions for growing SMEs, has appointed Camilla Woodrow as its new head of HR, strengthening its focus on people and talent as the business grows.
In her new role, Camilla will lead the HR function across the UK, partnering with the Senior Leadership Team to align the company’s people strategy and plans with its commercial objectives. She will have responsibility for the full employee lifecycle, with a focus on supporting business growth, and creating an exceptional colleague experience.

Camilla brings 25 years’ experience in Human Resources, including two decades in senior HR leadership roles where she has developed and delivered people strategies to support organisational success. Having worked with organisations including Glide UK and The HR Dept, she has extensive experience shaping and delivering people strategies that support business growth and performance. She has led cultural change, developed talent, and built high-performing teams.
