Equiniti ICS gains approval for government’s G-Cloud 11 framework
– Equiniti ICS approved to supply its case and document management services on G-Cloud 11
– 32 products and services to be sold in its 7th year as a supplier on the government framework
– Equiniti ICS set to maintain its track-record of delivering outstanding technology solutions to the public sector
Equiniti ICS, a provider of case and document management solutions for the public sector, is delighted to announce that it has been approved as a supplier for the government’s G-Cloud 11 framework for a seventh year.
Equiniti ICS will be able to provide 32 digital products and services – such Microsoft CRM and SharePoint software – in order to meet the complex and unique needs of public sector organisations through the digital marketplace.
Additionally, for the first time ever, Equiniti ICS will be offering their document management solution, EQ Content, through the framework. These software modules allow organisations to discover sensitive information and manage this data throughout its entire life cycle in order to meet compliance and legal requirements.
G-Cloud 11 provides public bodies with access to over 25,000 services from over 3,500 suppliers and simplifies the procurement process for both buyer and seller by avoiding the expense of entering into time-consuming, individual contracts. There is also greater flexibility for organisations who gain the ability to terminate contracts after two years.
Stuart Gunning, business development manager at Equiniti ICS, commented: “We are delighted that we have once again been approved as a supplier for the Government’s G-Cloud 11 framework. We have a long history of providing technology solutions to organisations in the public sector and achieving this approval extends our ability to deliver an outstanding service to our clients.
“This year we have extended the portfolio of services we are able to offer to new and existing clients through the framework with our document management system that has received outstanding feedback from its current users. We look forward to another year on this efficient framework and are excited to bring our services to an ever-widening network of customers.”
