FIBA boosts bridging lender panel representation

Specialist finance trade body, FIBA, has announced the appointment of short-term bridging lender, Bridging Link, to its lender panel.

Bridging Link provides regulated and non-regulated bridging loans on a 1st and 2nd charge basis. They lend from £50,000 up to £2.5m with a maximum LTV of 70%. The firm is strongly supportive of the intermediary sector, which it regards as its primary source of new business.
