finnCap Group appoints new co-head of private growth capital division
finnCap Group plc is delighted to announce the appointment of Zuleika Salter as co-head of its private growth capital division.
finnCap is a leading provider of strategic advisory and capital raising services to growth companies. As an integral part of the firm’s full-service offering, the private growth capital team is focused on partnering with the most innovative, entrepreneurial businesses, helping them raise capital from VCs, VCTs, private equity and family offices.
The appointment will strengthen finnCap’s private growth capital division and enhance the team’s ability to source funding for its clients from an increasingly large pool of capital. By developing long-term relationship with businesses, finnCap, through its full service offering, is able to assist clients in raising capital to support their growth and through our experienced sector led advisory teams support them through their entire journey whether that be to IPO or exit.
Zuleika will jointly lead the division alongside Jamie Blewitt, who joined finnCap from Rothschild in 2020.
As co-heads, Zuleika and Jamie’s experience enables finnCap to provide financing options to growth companies from smaller series A fundraisings between £2-20m through to larger series B and series C fundraisings between £20-100m.
Zuleika joins from WH Ireland, where she worked for the last three years in building the private equity division.
