Finsbury Park Guest House in London sold to Integrated Solutions
The hotel sits in a three-storey Victorian style building a short walk away from Finsbury Park Railway Station and Finsbury Park which holds a number of large annual music festivals over the summer months. In addition, Emirates Stadium is just over a mile away.
The business was previously owned by the Muslim family for a number of years. The business has been purchased by specialist recruitment company, Integrated Solutions, who plan to invest substantial capital in the property and welcome back guests in the months ahead. Finsbury Park Guest House was sold off an asking price of “Offers in excess of £1,000,000”.
